How will you clean my house?

Known as 'soft washing', Brown Bee Home uses low pressure and a specialized solution to safely remove mildew, bacteria, algae and other organic stains from building exteriors.  We may, dependent upon the building material and its condition, intermittently use high-pressure water spray to remove heavy/persistent, mold, grime, dust, mud, and dirt from external surfaces.

How long will it take for you to clean my house?

The average sized home will require roughly 1 ½ to 2 hours to clean.

Do you dry my windows and doors after the wash?

No. We do not clean or dry windows and/or glass by hand.

What if it rains?

In the event of rain or impending rain, we will reschedule your appointment. Ours is a seasonal business that is highly dependent upon favorable weather conditions: in addition to rain, temperatures below 45° F as well as winds above 15 mph, will necessitate a reschedule. We try our best to keep scheduling conflicts to a minimum, however, circumstances that are beyond our control may affect your project start and completion dates and/or times. We will reschedule those appointments to our first available date and window.  You will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.

Our General Manager and lead technician, Mike Dance, has been pressure washing and soft washing homes for over 12 years.

Do you have insurance?

We sure do!  We are fully licensed and insured.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept cash, checks, CashApp, Venmo, ApplePay, Zelle, and debit and credit cards via PayPal and Square.  Please note that all card payments incur a 4%, straight-passthrough transaction fee.

Question 8

I bought a Groupon.  Now what?

Accepted Answer

The Groupon is a regular maintenance cleaning geared towards customers who are due for their regular, 12-18 month pressure washing.  If you purchased the 3500 square foot Groupon deal, it also includes an up-to 4-car driveway.  The Groupons are specific to their offers and as such, do not allow for substitutions.
