Known as 'soft washing', Brown Bee Home uses low pressure and a specialized solution to safely remove mildew, bacteria, algae and other organic stains from building exteriors. We may, dependent upon the building material and its condition, intermittently use high-pressure water spray to remove heavy/persistent, mold, grime, dust, mud, and dirt from external surfaces.

No. We do not clean or dry windows and/or glass by hand.

In the event of rain or impending rain, we will reschedule your appointment. Ours is a seasonal business that is highly dependent upon favorable weather conditions: in addition to rain, temperatures below 45° F as well as winds above 15 mph, will necessitate a reschedule. We try our best to keep scheduling conflicts to a minimum, however, circumstances that are beyond our control may affect your project start and completion dates and/or times. We will reschedule those appointments to our first available date and window. You will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.

The Groupon is a regular maintenance cleaning geared towards customers who are due for their regular, 12-18 month pressure washing.
